I cannot see the Last(G) and First(M) fields in my contact form
Now, I can only see the "Full Name" field in my contact form
can anybody help ?

I am not understanding the Notes feature.
Can I make a note with some tidbit of info that I want to be attached to a
Contact?
When I make a note I see no way to say this goes under John Doe.

I want to get rid of the "+" sign that shows up automatically when I add a
long distance number to the contacts.  It causes my cell phone to reject the
number when I dial.

I'm trying to automate the setup of Outlook for our users. I've managed
to get a logon script to set up all the basic things for them to
connect to our Exchange server, however one piece is still giving me

I am using Outlook 2003.  I have about 450 contacts in my Contacts list (my
Contacts doesn't have any sub folders) but I don't see all of them in my
