Has anyone developed a contact template to track donors with Outlook?

I add a new contact then it does not appear in the contact address book.  
When I do a search, the information appears separately as a Contact, but is
not in the total list of contacts.

In Outlook '07 when I try to change from showing this folder as contcts, to
" "Show this folder as an e-mail
Address Book", the box that you have to check is greyed out.
Any thoughts?

When I try to attach a picture to a contact in outlook 2003 immediately
I double click the picture to be attached it disappears out of the

In contacts, Outlook '07, Ive changed the field for "display as" from e-mail
address to my preferred name for contacts.
However, now, when contacts send me e-mails; it still shows their e-mail
instead of the display name.

I'm hoping someone can help me solve this problem.  I've scoured the

problem.  However, the solution was not stated.  I'll be as specific as

I have a user that created a DL for her department and then sent it to each
user (14 of them).  For some reason or another when they select this DL
(which only has 34 contacts in it) they get an error when they click on the

I am using Outlook, and I have an Imate Jamin device.  I would like to be
able to call a contact on my mobile by clicking the contact and asking
outlook to call.  The call should be routed through my cell phone.  Is this

I use outlook with Exchange server, I have my privat contacts and there are
also public contacts that are shared through the "Public Folder".
So now if I want to see my privat contact I have to go in "My contact" and
