This is a question regarding enterprise Microsoft Exchange 2003 Servers (25) and Microsoft Outlook 2003 Clients (thousands). I am in a situation where users in the Global Address Book are constantly moving from one area to another.

We are using Outlook Contacts in a sales environment in our sales managers office. We have different folders for each sales person, with contact info for their clients under each. That makes it easy to move clients around between territories.

I am trying to export contacts from Outlook Web Access. Is that possible? I tried circumventing that and exporting to Excel and Word from a Contacts file in public folders in Outlook just off someone's computer but it needs the Translator installed (I don't know where the disk is) ...

When I send a message, when I click to to icon to select names from my address book, it is blank. The "show names from the:" box is blank, and I can't choose anything or type anything there. Please help.

For some contacts I always get the save changes dialog when I try to close it. Other contacts just close without asking. I don't see a pattern. In either case I didn't make any changes. All I have to do is open the item and close it immediately after to be asked if I want to save ...

I know that the Outlook Address Book can be used as a database source for mail merge in Word & Publisher. I would expect that Excel would also have access to that address book via its Data Import External data capability. But, I don't know how to set that
