I am sending a email using a distribution list of 100 plus recipients.
I get a return email saying the following recipients could not be reached,
452 Too many Recipients
My server has no limitations on sending email, is there a limitation on this

The problem I have is as follows: when I create a new e-mail message in
Outlook 2003, and I type a name from  a contact that is on the global
address list, then the X.500 address of this contact is displayed in

Is there anyway I can export a subset of my contacts?
I have contacts categorised in many ways, and I'd like to export the names

I have deleted all the activities in a contact thinking it will clean up the

When I right click on the "From" line of an opened received message the
option "Add To Contacts" is missing in the drop down box.

We recently imported our Outlook data as part of a move to a new computer.  
We have Outlook 2003.  I am having 2 problems:
1 - the Custom views I had on the old PC no longer appear.  Is there a way

I have only one contacts folder in my OUtlook Address Book. However when I go
toit, the contacts are not organized as they are in my contacts folder. Some
show up like the File As fiel. Other don't. In my File As fiels I have set up
category codes, then last name, first name or ...

When attempting to save contact details from an email into the "contacts"
address book, outlook becomes partially inactive and I can no longer save any
data or open new emails. I often need to restart the computer to regain all
outlook functions. What do I need to do to fix this?
