How can we delete a recipient address from Outlook's autocomplete / pick-list that users get as they start typing an address? I've had a couple of users ask. I bet this is an FAQ, and I'm just not searching on the right keywords.

I can see the e-mails coming in, but I can not open them without the message coming that an error occured and if I try to send the error says that the address book is not configured properly, reinstall. I please need help. I have paid a tech person from 2 different places ...

I figured out how to do mail merge through Word and using Outlook contacts. Next question . . how can I send emails using mail merge when there is an attachment? One of the newsletters I do has the newsletter (6 - 8 pages) sent as an attachment.
