I figured out how to do mail merge through Word and using Outlook contacts.
Next question . .  how can I send emails using mail merge when there is an
attachment?   One of the newsletters I do has the newsletter (6 - 8 pages)

I do not have the (+) sign displayed next to distribution lists in
emails.  It does not matter whether I pick them from the GAL or obtain
them from my history list.

checked the list and there is only one of each address.
