In Outlook 2000, I was always able to "Find a Contact" by entering just the
Company name (i.e. whatever is populated in the Contact Company field).  With
Outlook XP, I am able to find some Contacts with Company Name, but not others
(i.e. - I can find "Hertz" but not "Comcast".  ...

Is it possible to transfer my contacts or complete address book in Outlook
2003 on my laptop to my other laptop in Outlook 2003? Or only from Outlook
2003 to Outlook Express? If it is possible would someone please tell me how
to do it? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I just purchased Office Professional and have exported my contacts from an
older laptop (as a .pst file) and installed the contacts on Outlook 2003 on

I am trying to export my database to a database on topproducer and I needed
help figuring out how to export so that I may import on top producer.

I would like to add a spouse birthday field in my contact record. Is there a
way to change the anniversary name to Spouse Birthday?  I have added custom
user fields under the tab All Fields but it does not automatically add the
date to the calendar.

i am creating a contact, clicked on the "Category" tab at the lower right
hand corner of the screen, and all of my categories are gone.  Only the
default categories are there.

I had a whole bunch of e-mail addresses that would complete automatically
