I have run into a problem with adding new email addresses to the same contact. After adding the name, I tab to the next field, and the address disappears. I cannot get it to save. Also, how do I clear out all the email addresses that pop up when I begin

Hi there! For some reason, when viewing by categories, the categories themselves are alphbetical, but the contacts in them, which should be sorted alphbetically as well, are not. Can anyone help me fix this?

I am trying to export a outlook 2002 contact list to use on another computer. I have very little experience with outlook. I read some of the other postings about exporting contacts but could not figure out how to do any of them.

Hi, I was trying to create a new view in my contacts to show only the birthdays. This I have managed to do. But I was then hoping I could sort this by month so I could view all my known birthdays by month. This does not seem possible as the normal sort includes the year.

I want to add email addresses to the columns displayed in the Phone List format but there isn't one listed in the field chooser. This seems strange as the email address is is a legit item in the Address Cards so why cant it be displayed in the Phone List?
