In Outlook 2007, the Contact activities list option to list upcoming appointments of contacts but does post appointments that are pending. It worked in 2003 version automatically. What needs to be done to make this function work?

hen I mark the private box in an Outlook contact, it is still shown in the desktop. Is there anyway to create a password so that only with that passwords the contacts will be shown, and otherwise, they would be hidden?
