I have a large distribution list that includes names I would like to have in
a sub distribution list.  Is it possible to create the smaller list from the
larger one?

I'm trying to synchronize my mobile phone with outlook 2003 sp2. The
problem is that my sync SW does not support contacts subfolders. But I
do have a possibility to choose a folder from which to sync.

I have an address book full of contacts, but when I attempt to forward an
item or use a drop down menu, I get an error message stating that there are
no contacts, or they have been moved, or I have the incorrect permissions to

I need to send a program update to one client in my distribution list of 300+
clients.  If I pick the distribution list, as recommended in the help
section, I have to delete 299 contacts in that list to send just 1 email with
the attached program.   There must be an easier way!

When sending an email, I click the TO button and a 'select names' menu
appears, I click the drop down menu to select 'Show names from the:', I
shoose a folder, and i get a list of names, however the list shows fax and
email, but i just want to see emails!

Hi, Till about 15 days back there was no problem with my Outlook. Then
my IT guys tried to switch my mail to Lotus Notes, but I was not happy
with that and subsequently I started using Outlook again.
Since then I have been facing this problem of outlook not completing

I am interested in importing contacts from Access 2002.  Is there a direct
way to accomplish this?

Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may

Outlook 2003 Contact screen (fully opened contact card) had a field in the
bottom left corrner I think called "Linked Contacts" where you could click
and select multiple contacts to "link" or associate together. I used this to
help recall someone's co-worker, boss, account ...
