Im trying to merge a excel database into my contacts. When trying to map the fields, the fields that I would like to use aren't listed in the mapping to destination. How do you create, or rename fields so that I can link my fields from excel? I would like the actual contact ...

A few weeks ago, I started receiving the message "Insert SR1 Pro disc" when opening certain e-mails. I'd put the disc it, it wouldn't open, hit cancel, then the e-mail opens. How do I stop this?

I have just upgraded from OL2000 to OL2003 (using Exchange 2003). Currently when I look at my outlook address book to find my Contacts listing, it is positioned above the GAL but some of my colleagues are finding that their Outlook Address book is listed below the GAL listing.

I imported contacts from an Excel sheet (only 10), but it downloaded every blank row after the 10! I now have over 98,000 blank contacts in Outlook, and when I try to open Outlook to remove them it freezes. I've tried rebooting but no help.

I'm trying to setup Outlook 2003 so that the Public Folder contacts folder (under Other Contacts) is highlighted when a user launches Outlook and selects contacts. If they select the Public Folder contacts folder it will stay as the default
