When I go to write an e-mail in Outlook 2007, I open the "To" list and out
pops the names in my contacts list- problem is I can't figure how to change
the display to last name first (even though I've set up the names to display
last name first when I open the Contacts folder)  ...

An administrative admin needs to create a distribution list in the
boss's Contact list. His Contacts do not show up as a choice when she
goes to "Select Members" from Show Names from the"
Not sure if this is an Exchange question or an Outlook question. I

How do I eliminate names in my "reply to all" and in the "to" area?  Some
people I don't even know.  I want them out of there!  Help!!

I have successfully import the contact details into contact from excel but
comma is missing in the "File As" field on the imported record. I have
configured the "File As" field as "Last, First" but the data appeared in the
File As field after import is "LastFirst" instead where " ...

How can I make my contact view and my Address Book Contacts view be the same?
My Contact are listed as last name, first name, but my Contacts from the
Address Book view is listed first name, last name.
I want them both to be viewed as last name, first name.

When I import contacts from a .pst-file, outlook becomes very slow.
When I create a new mail profile (which is empty/no contacts imported yet),
outlook behaves normal again.

When I click the "To" button when using Outlook 2003 a dialogue bo
containing my contact list(s) opens, but the list also includes th
contacts fax number as well, which I find VERY annoying.
Is there any way to work with or modify what is shown in this list?

I have created a distribution list for an organization.  The list's name is
entered in the "Bcc" field and the organization (referring back to me) is the
"To" field.  At the end of an email to the contacts in this list, I would
like to include the specific person's name/email ...

Since last week, File As in the contacts section will only populate with the
filing options if I input a Company which is not always applicable.
This means the name is filed under the company and I do not get the Last
Name, First Name or First Name Last Name options.

I recently upgraded to windows XP.  I have installed XP, then I loaded
Outlook 2002 and finally installed  my Pocket PC.  Outlook took my contacts
from my PC and put them into Outlook.  Now, when I try to utilize the address
option to do an e-mail, it can't find any addresses, ...

And how do I deactivate so no contacts are saved as 'Private'?

I impoted address book form outlook express into Outlook 2007.  i need the
address book in alphabetical order by last name.  How do I accomplish this?

How could I change the email addresses of a company for all of its contacts?  
The company was acquired and the email addresses have been changed so I would
like to do this in a group fashion if I can.
I have about 800 contacts whose company portion of the address has changed.  

I created a new mail profile but still have the same problem, 2 contact
folders.

I installed IE 7 and got into troubles.
One of the last ones is the fact that my Palm Pilot does not Hot Synch.
Going to Support.Microsoft KB or Q 315352 it tells me that the problem
relates to some incorrect registry setting or entry.
