Hello - I am trying to import a contact list from excel and the instructions
say to go to File - Import/export, etc.  My problem is - I don't have a
choice for import/export.  It just isn't there.  It isn't even a matter of it
being grayed out - it just isn't on the dropdown menu ...

I copied my contact list from a computer that had Outlook 2003 and am trying
to copy it onto a computer with Outlook 2002. It won't open the file.
Apparently it's stored in a different language. Any idea on how I can do th

I have a contacts folder with approx. 400 contacts in it that I would like to
send to someone else.  What's the best way to do that?

I created a Distribution List.  When I go and look for it under my contacts,
there is no folder or item labeled "Distribution List".  How do I find the DL

Just recently my phone numbers for new contacts is not converted to the US
format.  Instead all the digits are saved as the local number and not split

Make a typo when serching your Find a Contact field to search your address
book and you have to sit and wait as it seems forever. It would be nice to be
able to interupt the search and start over much like Internet Explorer allows
you to stop an internet search.

At the left of my Outlook 2003 window, I have my contacts displayed.  There
are "My Contacts" and "Other Contacts".  What is the difference and how can I
manipulate the display to show the folders in one or the other?  I like

I'm using Office 2003 and when I synch'd with my palm phone, I forgot to
flick the switches in the program so duplcate contacts were not created.  Now
