Sending an email to multiple distribution lists from my local contact folder.
issue:
When I try to pull a contact list from my local contacts (in the "TO" field
of a new message) - I am unable to choose from the dropdown "show names from

Although I have marked contacts as "show this folder as email address book,
on my new laptop, whenever I send a new message it says outlook does not
recognise this name.   I then have to find the address and type it in

I'm on a laptop right now using Outlook 2003 with a whole big bunch of
contacts on it.  For some reason, all the information for each
individual contact is fine EXCEPT for the physical address (be it
business, home, whatever.)  There's no info there for the address at

I successfully transferred my Outlook pst file from my old computer to my new

I dont know what you have done, but mine is doing the same too.  Nothing has been changed on this machine. and it has been working fine for ages.

Contacts not showing.  However, when I begin to type name in new email, names

I've reach the maximum capacity of my distribution list so I would like to
transfer a group of contacts across to a new distribution list.  What is the
fastest way to do this as I would prefer not to type out 70 e-mail addresses
again.

Is it possible to request delivery and read receipts for a specific contact
by default, without having to check the boxes for each email sent?
