When I add a birthday/anniversary to a contact, the subsequent calendar item does not have the category I assigned to the contact. Shouldn't it ? Thanks!

"The name or distribution list has been deleted and is no longer a valid address book entry.the item could not be found" . I'm getting this error message when trying to see the properties of a contact. But on entering the name and ctrl+k the contact is highlighted.

I just started synchronizing my Palm with Outlook. I have historically entered phone numbers in my Palm in the xxx-xxx-xxxx format. Outlook likes to turn numbers entered in its interface into (xxx) xxx-xxxx. Is there a way I can mass format all of my numbers one way or the other

Using Outlook XP IMO When an email address for a contact changes or fails to work, I make the necessary changes in the contact record, but still end up inadvertently sending messages to the old address.
