Is it possible to export contacts which is modified after a specified date to Excel. There is no such filter in the export wizard and also there is no "modified" field in the exported file that can be filter through Excel. Please advise.

Have recently changed host Company and as a result al my contact (4711 of them) no longer drop down in the "to" part of a new message and i'm wasting time trying to find my contact each time. is there any way I can import all my contacts into the autofil?
