I had to reload outlook. Saved all the info in a Office data file (pst). In the process I lost all my contact into. I am trying to import my save file but it will mot take. What am I doing wrong

When I add names to contacts from an open message and then click to save Outlook hangs! Any ides as to why? I'm running Office Professional Plus 2007 with WIndows XP.

I am having a hard time getting my address book from Netscape 7.2 onto Outlook 2003. I have exported the Ntscp. file as a .csv. Whenever I import, all of the files transfer, but they just show up as blank in my Outlook contacts.

Originally emails were not being sent with attachments - the task would show complete but it stayed in my Outbox never in Sent box. I did a Detect & Repair - it saved off by address book somewhere but cannot find it. I have looked for .pst files. Thanks for any help on this..

I'd like to use Outlook 2003 as a database for media contacts. To do so, I would want to find/sort by several categories at the same time, such as "Daily Newspaper" and then "Science Reporter" and maybe even also by region, such as "Northeast".

I have over 50 distribution list. Some people's information is in more than one dl. How can I send out massive email without sending multiple emails to those in more than one distribution list? In other words I only want everyone to get a email message but only once;
