It is totally different than Outlook 2003. I dont understand what to do when the map fields box comes up. Why do you have to drag and drop. Why can't it just import the contact information?

I had trouble installing the Office 2007 suite. Then Outlook wouldn't open, so a MS tech deleted the Outlook profile I had been using with the 2007 beta. Now, I do not have access via Outlook to any of my contacts. Can anyone help me with this?

I'm in Outlook 2003 w/o Exchange. I prefer Contacts filed as First Name, Last Name, and changed the Options to make this the default. However, some aren't filed this way. I want everything to be consistent without changing individually.

I start typing a name in the "to" line of Outlook e-mail. The popup listing of possible addresses has a bad address in it for a name I want to reach and who *is* in my contacts properly. How do I get rid of the bad address in the popup?
