When I add a contact on my outlook, I have a location information which pops
up all the time as soon as I put a phone number. I would like to remove it as
I have no use for it.

I somehow accidently hit either a key combination or icon that flagged every
one of my 1200+ contacts with a follow up flag.  I'm clear on how to unflag
them one at a time, but how do I select them all and then unflag them?  When
I have multiple contacts selected the flag option ...

I imported all of my contacts directly from Access 2003.  I see them fine
when using Outlook.  However when using MS Fax I click on the Address Book

I have just set up a new folder that is viewable when I click on the My

I now have two of the little cards in the section that show a contact name,
