When I add a contact on my outlook, I have a location information which pops up all the time as soon as I put a phone number. I would like to remove it as I have no use for it. Thank you for any help

I somehow accidently hit either a key combination or icon that flagged every one of my 1200+ contacts with a follow up flag. I'm clear on how to unflag them one at a time, but how do I select them all and then unflag them? When I have multiple contacts selected the flag option ...

I have recently rebuilt my PC i.e. re-installing my OS (XP). I manged to get back all my documents and files from my external backup source. Unfortunatley, when I went onto Outlook I was unable to see my contacts. Where do I find them and what should I search for?

I use Windows XP. Microsoft Office Outlook is my default Contact List. I imported all of my contacts directly from Access 2003. I see them fine when using Outlook. However when using MS Fax I click on the Address Book

I have just set up a new folder that is viewable when I click on the My Contacts section in Outlook 2003. I now have two of the little cards in the section that show a contact name, one named contacts and one with a new name.

I imported all of my contacts directly from Access 2003. I see them fine when using Outlook. However when using MS Fax I click on the Address Book link and it doesn't see any of my imported contacts. It does see all of my contacts that were inputted manually.

When someone is on a distribution list in my contacts for e-mail goes away they do not want e-mails sent to them. How can I send the distribution list without their e-mail address included, without having to delete them from the original list until they come back?
