don't have the emails in contacts so i cannot create a new one from those

Outlook 2000 > Outlook 2003 on a different machine.
Fairly sure i have mapped correctly.

Exchange ActiveSync appears to only look at the contacts in My Contacts, so
adding contacts from a Public Folder to Favorites doesn't accomplish what I'm
after.
