How do you display last name first in address book.  It works fine in
contacts, but when I open address book to send an e-mail, they are by first

I have two rather odd problems with the Contacts list in Outlook 2003.

We resently upgraded our exchange server from NT 4.0 - Exchange 5.0 to
Windows 2003 Std - Exchange 2003.  Did all migration of emails, calendars,
contacts, ets.... via .pst files.
We also upgraded all user systems to Outlook 2003.

My deafult Contacts folder has a lot of records which is realyl slowing down
my PDA.
I exported all the contacts to a spread sheet, removed duplicate and
unwanted contacts, and imported the shorter list to a new contacts folder

I recently left my job and lost Goodlink on my Treo.  However, I did make a
copy of it to my card before it got wiped.  Is there any way to import in
this address book into Outlook 2007?
