How do you display last name first in address book.  It works fine in
contacts, but when I open address book to send an e-mail, they are by first

I have two rather odd problems with the Contacts list in Outlook 2003.
I am supporting a user who has a number of contacts in alphabetical order
from A to W.

I have set my outlook email up with my motorola Q off our exchange
server.  The problem I have is I have 2 contact lists. 1 work 1
personal
The main contact list is work labeled "Contacts"

I have contacts in groups of 30 to 200; is there a way in one action to add
an information item (category, title, etc) to each contact without having to
go to each contact to make the change?

We're running Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2003. I'm able to create a new user
account and send mail to the new address. However, the Outlook clients do not
see the new user listed under the Global Address List. Therefore, the "Check
Names" button doesn't work, and neither does ...

We resently upgraded our exchange server from NT 4.0 - Exchange 5.0 to
Windows 2003 Std - Exchange 2003.  Did all migration of emails, calendars,
contacts, ets.... via .pst files.
We also upgraded all user systems to Outlook 2003.

When I receive an email from a  client, I want to attach it to their contact
file. How do I do that if it is, at all, possible

display the pics in addition to the contact names and info when you choose to
display the contacts all together in detailed address card view?

My deafult Contacts folder has a lot of records which is realyl slowing down
my PDA.
I exported all the contacts to a spread sheet, removed duplicate and
unwanted contacts, and imported the shorter list to a new contacts folder

I recently left my job and lost Goodlink on my Treo.  However, I did make a
copy of it to my card before it got wiped.  Is there any way to import in
this address book into Outlook 2007?
