How do you display last name first in address book. It works fine in contacts, but when I open address book to send an e-mail, they are by first name. Help!

Hi Outlookers, I wonder if it is possible for people to directly update their personal information on Global Address List? This would be alot better than having an administrator update the info on Active Directory.

We resently upgraded our exchange server from NT 4.0 - Exchange 5.0 to Windows 2003 Std - Exchange 2003. Did all migration of emails, calendars, contacts, ets.... via .pst files. We also upgraded all user systems to Outlook 2003.

My deafult Contacts folder has a lot of records which is realyl slowing down my PDA. I exported all the contacts to a spread sheet, removed duplicate and unwanted contacts, and imported the shorter list to a new contacts folder
