Having upgraded Office 2000 to 2007 Beta 2, and now using Outlook 2007, am wondering why address book can not be sorted by last name first? Also, why is it not in contact format?

I haven't changed anything in my setting but this AM when I openend Outlook 2003, not one of my stored contacts are coming up when I'm composing an email. I have to input the entire email address, not just the first 1-2 letters.

Just lately I get the "501 maximum recipient count exceeded" error when sending a BBC from my distribution list in outlook. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

I created some user defined fields in Outlook 2003. I backed up the data, but Outlook only backs up the 90 preset fields. Where is the user defined field information stored, and how do I back it up, and then restore it?

I constantly update my contacts but have not found a way to take the ones I input at work and add them to home and vice versa. HOw do I avoid dupes and can I transfer multiple folders?

I am trying to email distribution lists to myself from an old laptop to a new laptop to save having to set them up again and Outlook always puts the distribution list as an attachment that I can't open when I send it.

I have imported all my contacts and put them into groups. They are all there when I open the Contacts pane. But when I try to load a contact into the email To address by pressing 'To'and opening the select contact dialogue it is empty.

I am using Outlook 2002. When I create a letter or envelope the zipcode is now located before the city and state. I have to physically copy the zipcode to the correct location in the address. Any suggestions to correct this?
