When I enter a new contact, I use the Full Name and email fields.  The File
As and Display As fill in automatically.
When I want to send a new email and start typing in the "to" field,
sometimes it just suggests email addresses, and sometimes it suggests email

How can I change all mailing address flags to the home address?  I don't want
to do it manually - over 3,000 contacts.  Thank you for any help you can

When I send a new email I click on TO: to get an address from my
contacts for some users it displays surname and then first name  for
all others it shows the correct order ie first name then last name  if

Is there a way I can create a distribution list that sends to some on the
list as cc or bcc?

I had to have my hard drive replaced. The techs were able to save most of my
data including all my Contacts. How grateful I am!
But now, when I go to my email and select "new" and then "to" my Contacts
