Outlook 2007 blurs contact images!29 Mar 2007 13:22 GMT6
I recently discovered that Outlook 2007 blurs contact images whenever an
image is inserted into a contact file. Is there any setting in Outlook to
override this or is it an inbuilt feature of Outlook.
PS: Outlook did not blur contact images when I synchronised contacts on my

A student of mine has found that when she is in Address Book and clicks on
the Show Names from the ... section  Global Address List is the default and
it is possible to change to view the Contacts.  When she does this she has 3
contacts that hold some names in one contacts and ...

I have a couple of subfolders (ex. groupA,groupB) under contacts folder, how
can I set the main contact folder will come up first on "Select Names" menu
when I click To to select the recipient.

appears to resolve it using all addresses that I've ever used, instead of
using my various addressbooks. (Where does it find this list of addresses?

I have Outlook 2003 (v11.8118.8122 SP2)
I switched the default to Last Name, First Name order.  The address cards
now sort alphabetically by last name in the following order:  Smith, John W
When I open a contact, the Full Name now appears as Smith John W (or Last

Hi all, I want to customize the standard contact form.
I've gone through: New Contact - Tools - Forms - Design This Form.
I'm trying to change the caption for "Mobile" to "After Hours"
Every time I change it, click apply, click ok. It changes back to "Mobile"

I've Outlook 2003 connected to an exchange 2003 server. whne i go the the GAL
and i right click a name and choose the option to "add to Contacts", i get an
error box that says "Some names could not be added to Contacts. The action
