I have several "subfolders" in my Contacts folder, based on different
organizations I am affiliated with.  I created a "format" for one of the
business cards, laying out the fields the way I wanted, and a graphic up in
the corner.  I want ALL the contacts in that subfolder to ...

All of a sudden this has happened. I can send to individuals. I created new
distribution lists to different people without success.  I reinstalled
OutLook 2002

I used to have Microsoft Outlook 2003, and if I wanted to send a letter using
the contact details in Outlook, I just clicked 'Action' then 'new letter to
contact'.
I now have Outlook 2007, and can't do the same thing. When I click on

I blocked a contact by mistake. How do I access the blocked senders list so I

When I click on properties for a Contacts list, the option to show that
folder as an Outlook email address book is grayed out.  I'm using Outlook

In Word 2007, I am having trouble accessing an address from my Outlook
Contact list.  Both programs close down every time.

Using Office 2000, if I insert an Outlook Contact into a Word document, it is
