All of a sudden this has happened. I can send to individuals. I created new distribution lists to different people without success. I reinstalled OutLook 2002

Using Office 2000, if I insert an Outlook Contact into a Word document, it is saved as an embedded link to the contact info. Is there any way to create a static copy of the contact data at the time of inserting without having to copy and paste?
