Contacts are all listed in outlook, but when I open a new email to send and
click on the 'To' button nothing is listed. I assume some setting is
unchecked somewhere but can't find anything. I'm not technical but any help
would be appreciated.
Problem with leading zeros in the area code in Contact's phone numbers.13 Apr 2007 16:40 GMT1
We have a problem with the way the leading zero of the area code is
handled in some Contact's phone numbers.
For example, say that a UK Contact's phone number is (0123) 456789
where 0123 is the area code and 456789 the phone number.

I am converting to Outlook 2002, from Outlook express 6,  and have a small
problem with the address book.  In express we could have multiple folders
under the Main identity contacts folder, thus allowing each member of the
family to keep their email address seperate.

Word templates that will pick up fields in Outlook Contacts13 Apr 2007 10:18 GMT1
Outlook 2003 had a feature in Contacts, "Actions" that would allow you to
create a Word document using the info in the Contact Field.   Very
rudimentary, but helpful.   I've always used Goldmine (which synch'd up with
Outlook nicely) to create templates in Word that would pull ...

City/area code12 Apr 2007 23:11 GMT3
The telphone numbers for all my Outlook contacts are displayed in a wrong way
because of the City/area code list in the telephone number.
When I enter the telephone number Outlook adds both the country code and the
City/area code - and I am not able to delete the area code again. ...

Sharing a subset of contacts12 Apr 2007 21:05 GMT1
User A has Contacts, of which user B needs a subset (and for security
purposes, "share my contacts" is out of the question).  What's the most
efficient way to transfer that limited group of contacts from A to B?
What I've done as user A is to select the contacts to share, go to ...
