How can I change the "Name" displayed in Outlook/Address Book/Contacts to Lastname, Firstname rather than Firstname Lastname. Same question applies to the "Display as:" line in the individual's contact information.

i used the easy transfer utility to transfer over my files from one computer to my new vista computer. office 2007 on both... Contacts are available in the Contacts folder but not available when addressing emails

When I send an email, and search the address book for email addresses, some of the contacts' fax numbers appear in the list. How do I remove them from the "address book" email list, but not from the contacts themselves?

I just upgraded from Outlook 2000 to 2003. In the old outlook, I could click on "New" to start a fresh outgoing email window and then click on "TO" to get the contacts list to pop up for me to select from. Now, I can't get the 2003 version to let me access my contacts list this ...
