Colour applied in Organize rule - two same first names but not sur02 Apr 2007 19:43 GMT3
A user applied a colour from a specific person "Tim Jones" to appear in
fushia however when she receives emails from Tim Brown, his emails also
appear in pink.  I assumed as they are not the same names it would not apply
the colour rule to both.
When trying to open the Activities Tab I get the following error..02 Apr 2007 19:34 GMT11
"Outlook cannot display this view.  A folder by this name already exists."  I
have tried the Repair function in Outlook and then I have completely
uninstalled Office 2003 and then reinstalled it.  I still am getting this
error when I try to open the Activities Tab.

Could anyone please tell me if there is a way that i can make this facility
point to my Outlook and not Outlook Express?  When i use the drop-down menu
to look in 'address book' it will find any contacts in Outlook Express but

Using Vista and Office 2007. No Address Books show in the email list. When I
try to use Contacts-Properties-Outlook Address Book to add, the check box is
grayed out.
