Can the Firefox address book be imported to MS Outlook? If yes, then what are the steps to accomplish the importation? Also, can MS Outlook make use of the Plaxo address book and can that be imported into MS Outlook?

Has anyone come across this issue? At one site, one staff is having problems with using outlook 2003 contacts. She doesn’t use Global Address List. When she add’s a new user in her contacts, the address is shown as below. "/o=DomainName/ou=First Administrative Group/cn= ..."

I use a hardware based Voice Over IP system for all my telephone calls (the hardware being integrated into my ADSL modem router). I would like to be able to use this Voice Over IP to dial automatically from my Outlook contacts. Is this possible? If so, how?

Howdy. I have a friend who has about 1600 contacts in two different categories. Contacts have to belong to one or both categories. Some of the contacts do not have email addresses, that field is left blank (no dummy addresses).

is there a character limitation in a view mode? i have a number of contacts which fall into several categories, but in the table view, it seems to cut of after a certain number, and sometimes cutting the category in two. no specific rhyme or reason. please help!
