OL2003 had a field on the bottom left of the contact form labeled
"Contacts."  For a particular contact I would enter the spouse contact
link here, so I could easily access both contact entries when needed.
After upgrading to OL2007 the same field is not on on the "General"

Is there a way to retrieve lost contact deleted during a activesync with my
PDA, I deleted all my contacts from my PDA, then when I ran activesync, all
my contacts and notes got removed from my outlook during the process. I was
just wondering if they can be retrieved somehow?

can anyone help me.  ive tried to avtivesinc with my cing phone and outlook.  
it sync's some contacts and events not others.  no rhyme or reason

We misspelled a contact name in the Outlook address book and then fixed it
but the misspelled name still comes up when you try to access the name in an
email.
When you look in the address book itself it is fine.

I do not want Outlook Contacts to fill in any phone number information (area
code or country) automatically when I input a new contact name and info, but
cannot figure out how to turn this function off. Can anyone help, please?

"File -> Import - Export  >"seciton just takes the names that start with A
letter form excell file. Why it does not import the other contacts that stars
different caracters except A?

I have a list of our volunteers which keeps being updated on a daily/weekly
basis.
I would like to set it up so that when I make a change (add or remove
contact) automatically it updates my outlook distribution list.

oes anyone know if it is possible and if so how can I print an address book
with the picture of the person.  Like the way it is displayed in the business

We have Exchange server 2003 with 70 users running Outlook 2003 and not one
of them have shared their contacts. My mission is to figure out a way to put

I'm trying to access an additional contact list instead of my phonebook but I
can't access it. I can only access the original contacts list.  How can I
acces the list.

I am trying to transfer my outlook files to another computer and my Outlook
2003 Pro w/Bus Contact Mgr doesn't give me the option under File to
"Import/Export" files to a PST file and transfer?  Why wouldn't
"Import/Export" option be available or even show up?

Is it possible to change the default text font within an open contact? i.e.
the font of the name, email address, tel numbers etc
Also is it possible top remove the business card from within a contact?  In
my opinion the information displayed is unnecessary as it is duplicated

I created a custom contact form which works o.k. but will not check for
duplicate names.  The Check for Duplicate Names is chosen but this custom
form will not check.  Is there something I should add to the custom contact
form?

Customer created two contact folders and now wishes to delete one. As I am
unfamialar with Outlook 2007, I am concerned I'll delete the wrong one. Which
(where) is the orginal folder located? And in deleteing is the process any
different?

I have about 250 items in my Outlook Web Access acount (that I access online)
and I want to move them all to my regular Outlook account on my PC.  I want
to avoid having to re-enter each one!  Is there any way of copying them all
from Web Access to regular Outlook or exporting ...
