I have outlook 2002. I need to export all of my contacts (1900+) to another computer that runs outlook 2007. How do I do this. I read several answers to questions about creating a data file and copying contacts into that file. I don't know how to do that either.

I had a problem with my laptop with the error mesage NTLDR missing. I had to restore my laptop back to factory settings. I treied a programto recover my microsoft out look contacts which it found pst files. I can't seem to import the files back to outlook program.

Evertime I save a vcard it saves to Outlook and not OWA. Is there way to save to OWA?

In Outlook 2003, how can I quickly create a new e-mail message to some, but not all, of the contacts in a given category? I usually don't want to e-mail everyone in a category--just most of them. And it's a pain to try to delete the unwanted addresses from the address bar!

I have used Outlook in several versions-presently 2003 and have this problem but never have figure it out. When I insert an item in contacts and I select an e-mail from my inbox, sent items, etc., the e-mail always comes in with extra paragraph returns that

My wife want larger fonts for the Select Names window that comes up when selecting addressees to a New [Untitled Message] E-Mail. Damned if I can find a way to make the list of people larger. Anybody know how.... or IF it is even possible ???

I just upgraded to Office 2007 Pro and my contacts are not in my address book. When I try to email, the TO: dialog box is all blanks. Nothing available in drop down boxes, even though I have 7 contacts in my contacts folder. When I check Help I see the following === Outlook ...

I have several individuals who work for the same business and at the same address. Rather than retype all of the business information in Outlook, I'd rather just copy it but I don't see a way to do that and "HELP" isn't helping!!!

In Windows Mobile 5.0, it appears that Outlook re-sorts the Contacts list each time it is accessed. I have nearly 2000 entries in my list. It takes 12-13 seconds each time I want to look up a contact. If I exit the Contacts list and immediately re-enter, the whole list appears ...

Exchange 2003 Outlook 2003 Where does the "Assistant" field in the OAB get populated? Everything else has a field in the users AD Account, but I can't find Assistant.
