I use outlook 2003.
When I open a new mail to type and look for a contact in "To...", a
different contact list is open instead of the one whose is part of my outlook
opened. It is an odl version of it.

When I purchased my new computer it came with MS Vista. When I loaded my MS
Office Pro 2003 software the Outlook portion no long worked. I did not use
this program for email but did use it for the contacts. Now I've lost all of
my contacts and my work contacts. Can anyone advise ...

We have several contact folders (Let's say named contacts, personal, and

i have imported my contacts in outlook 2007 from outlook express but the
field "file as" always shows the names in the reverse order Last name First
Name.
I have tried many times and made several times the changes in Tools-account

Outlook 2007, Windows XP Pro with service pack 2: How do I file contacts as
"last name, first name"? I selected that format using pull down menu on
contact properties page however first name -  last name format remains and

It appears that Outlook 2007, unlike earlier versions, will not import LDIF
file format e-mail addresses (used in Netscape Messenger).  Does anyone have

How do I create envelopes at once for many different contacts?

After using the WindowsEasy Transfer, I do not have an Addressbook when
creating a new mail message. In the Propertiesof Contacts, I can not set the
checkbox "Show this folder as an e-mail addressbook"
The same things happens with the BCM contacts.

Is it possible to import contacts into Outlook Web Access?

I've found the outlook option that controls the default for saving new
addresses, but not how to change the way/order my existing addresses are
stored/presented (I now realise there's a lot of people I know the christian
name of but not the surname!)

I have three folders for contact addresses. In the Address Book dialog and
Tools>Options I've listed all three folders in the "When sending mail check
names...in the following order" box.
