The president of our company adds poeple to her contacts list daily. Some times they don't show up on her assistants list. Itis shared. Any ideas on how to sync these? The only thing I can think of is that maybe the pres. is adding these poeple

(Vista) Contacts are all in the Contacts folder (properties are ok, can 'send email' from contact), but they don't appear in the address book or contacts list on Outlook 2003 (blank - no entries). Is there a setting to point Outlook's contact list to the Vista's Contacts

I usually sort my contacts by project by assigning a three letter name to the category field - signifying the project. Is it possible to create a mailing list of all contacts in a category? This would be usefull, because I regularly send emails to the project team
