I'm trying to do a search for a contact. When I type in the search field what I'm looking for all of my contacts do not appear. For example, if I type in "Captain" I only get two hits come up when I actually have about 30 contacts with "Captain" in the name field or company field ...

I have Outlook 2003 on my computer. A friend has Outlook 2007. She has not input any contact data yet. Can I build a contact database for her on my computer, copy it to a cd and have her read it in to her Outlook database? How?

I do not want to make distro lists. I want to make subgroups from the main contacts list. IE "Family" or "Work" or "Church" and then click on that list and select individual email addresses from that list to use in sending an email. thanks, d

For some reason, although all my contacts are present in the Contact section of Outlook, they are not available when clicking "To" when creating a new email message. How can I fix this? TIA!

I have Outlook 2003 professional & I had an error "missing file SKU011.cab". I went to "run" and typed "regedit" and changed the "cdcache from 2 to 0 then back to 2 and the default from (not sure what it said) to 0. My Outlook started working again but now all of my previous info ...

I'm working in Outlook 2000. I have a number of distribution lists that I want to copy somehow as a backup. When I use the import/export wizard and try to map the fields, the fields are from the contact entry form. They don't work for a distribution list -

When I click the new contact button and the window opens there should be three tabs labeled "Contact", "Insert" and "Format Text". Mine however, does not show the "Insert" tab and I can't figure out how to get it to come up. Any help would be appreciated. I'm using Windows XP ...

I need other people in my office to access my contacts and contact folders in outlook. I have tried exporting the contacts to a pst file, writing to disc and installing on the other machines in the ofice but it wont let me do it. Any suggestions?
