The Contacts frame displayed on the left side of the screen shows all my
contacts folders but not in sub-directory or even alphabetical format?  They
look Ok when viewed in the Folder List frame though.

Everytime I enter a new contact and save it in Outlook, when I reopen it the
box on the lower right corner that says "private" is checked.  I have to
manually uncheck it.  How do I set the system to only marke private when I
want it too?

I am trying to send an e-mail to everyone in my address book but it will not
send because apparently I have at least one invalid address.  Any suggestions
as to how I can filter out all of the invalid address?

I need to move my contacts that I catogorize as prospects to the mortgage
software  Calyx Point.

Frequently send messages to work Group but only need a read receipt from a
few of them.   Is there a way to tag certain individuals in my contact list
to ALWAYS generate a read Receipt so that only they will generate the
receipt.  This shold work for individual messages as well ...

Outlook allows you to have contact folders and distribution lists. They seem
to serve a very similar purpose. What is the difference? How are they *meant*
to be used?
