Outlook 2003 ps2
Normally when I create a new message I can choose a name or copy to someone
else with the SELECT NAMES dialogue that appears from which I can select CC
and BCC recipients. There are suddenly no names appearing. All my 800 plus

Anyone with a "good" experience with some software that allows you to print
your Outlook contacts list onto labels?

When I send a picture as an attachment it works great, EXCEPT, the picture
will ALSO appear greatly enlarged in the body of the message.
Anyone have any ideas whats wrong?

I have all my contacts in Outlook 07 set up in categories by function for use
in Outlook and for easier use on my Treo 700 when synched.  I had hoped to
also be able to filter on the category basis for a mail merge in Word 07 for
e-mails, labels, etc., but the category field ...

I use Outlook 2003 and I know it has a limit to how many contacts you
can add to the "To:" line of an outgoing email.  Is there any sort of
workaround someone may have found for this?

see Contacts in main Contacts folder. Have created other folders and Shared
via Properties. Users can only see main Contacts folders not other address
books. E.g. User has golf club contacts address book ...

in office 2003 outlook contacts you could click action then new letter to
contact and outlook would puyt the address in a word document automatically.  
is this not possible in office 2007?

So many controls on dialogs in Office 2007 seem to bo disbled even though I
am this machine's only user (and, therefore, I assume that I am a supervisor).
The above mentioned control is on the Outlook Address Book tab of the
Contacts Properties dialog.

i am currently trying to redesign the standard form in outlook contacts. When
i open the design form it gives me tabs that i do not wish to use. Is there a
way to delete the tabs i do not require.

I was wondering if this scenario is possible?  We have Outlook 2003 and
Microsoft Exchange server.

Still not finding responses (to my question), that I get automatic "notify"

I exported my contact folders from my home computer to a .pst file, burned it
to a cd and then brought it in to work to import.
When I try to import, it says I don't have permission? to import this file.

I am importing a list of contacts from Excel into Outlook 2003. I want to
import to the "Nickname" field, but when I get to the "Map Custom Fields"
window, it isn't listed. How do you add fields to be available in "Map Custom
Fields"?

how do i compile email addresses from across my computer files, other isp
accounts and other emails and put them into my contacts list in outlook? is
