I have bought a new laptop with Outlook 2007 installed. Whenever I try to add a new contact (either through the menu system, or by right-clicking on e-mail addresses in mail received), Outlook hangs, and I need to use Task Manager to close it and then re-start.

Why do different icons appear before the names in my contacts that are part of distribution lists? Some icons look like a blank rolodex card and the others have the contacts list icon - the same card with a person in the corner.
