I have bought a new laptop with Outlook 2007 installed. Whenever I try to add
a new contact (either through the menu system, or by right-clicking on e-mail
addresses in mail received), Outlook hangs, and I need to use Task Manager to
close it and then re-start.

After clicking on new message, if I click the To: button and select a name,
when send is clicked the message will hang in the outbox and will continue
until I delete it. A restart of outlook will not remove it. However if I hand

Why do different icons appear before the names in my contacts that are part
of distribution lists? Some icons look like a blank rolodex card and the
others have the contacts list icon - the same card with a person in the
corner.

i've been working in Outlook 2003 for the past 1yr or so, however never
really paid attention to the OWA contact feature. When tying to add a contact
i notice that i have 2 choise in the dropdown.
The choices are:

I have a large list of Contacts and Calendar events on my home Outlook.  I
want to export all of them to my work Outlook, but have them all marked as
Private before doing so.
Can I easily do this instead of one by one?

I've created a contact form and I can't figure out how to add information to
a drop down list.  It's just a blank line.  Please help!
