I see a different set of contacts when composing a message from when I access
contacts through the navigation pane.  How can I work with only one set of
contacts in Outlook?

I just restored Outlook 2003 to a new PC.  When I click on address book, the
message says Address book can not be dislpayed.  However all of the addresses
are listed under Contacts.  Can I get this loaded into my address book?

I'm trying to import an excel file using exactly the same columns that appear
when I exported my contact list to excel, in order to follow the same
arrange. I followed step by step the process to import the excel file to my
outlook contacts and at the end it doesn´t show me any ...

I would love to be able to synchronize Outlook items (especially contacts)
between my home, work, and laptop computers.

Downloaded Office 2003/Outlook.  
When attempting to export contacts into .csv, error message that file
SKU112.CAB could not be found.  Prompts me to browse to the installation
source on network.  Problem is, I can't seem to locate the corrext

For some reason, while this looks like it SHOULD be possible, the 'text only'
option doesn't seem active when I try to send contact data via e-mail.

All of my contacts have anniversary dates of December 29 and 30 of 1899.  How
can I, without going through each of 1000 contacts, change the anniversary
dates to "none?"

My problem - when I print my contacts out only part of the note field
prints.  It goes so far into what is in the note but abruptly ends with an
ellipsis instead of printing the note in full.  How can I correct this to
print the full note for all contacts?

EMail messages do not link to my address book.
In a message (new, fwd), when I click on the TO/CC button, I get an error
message: "The address list could not be displayed.  The Contacts folder assoc
w/this addr list  could not be opened..."  I click OK and get dialogue box

We have an existing database which we maintain daily.  It contains email
addresses.  Is there a simple way for Outlook to use it as an address book?
I don't like import/export because then you either have two copies to
maintain or you have a labor intensive, error prone job to be ...

I am trying to import into my e-mails and contacts into my 2002 MS Outlook
(on my home PC) from a pst file saved from a 2003 MS Outlook (from my prior
Work Laptop).  I am getting an error saying my file is not compatible. Joe

My computer was recently serviced and all the old file folders from Outlook
Express and MS Outlook (.pst) were combined.   There are 5  main folders now.
Archives, Contacts, Inbox, Pat, Personal, Sent.  Within each of these
folders there are inboxes, deleted, sent,  contacts, ...

Am trying to export Contacts from Outloook 2003 to Excel (or a csv file).  
When I use "Import and Export" and say "export to a file" then choose MS
Excel in the Wizard it tells me that the feature is not currently installed
and asks me if I want to install it.  When I say "yes" ...

I have just started using Office 2007 and generally think its great. BUT I
cannot see how to insert tasks, appointments, journals etc, to specific
contacts. Can anyone help me?

I can't use a blue background for a graduation banner.  I've tried to change
it but I can't.  Please help me, the graduation is tomorrow.
