In Outlook 2007 I have many contacts whose First and Last names have been
incorrectly imported.  It is proving a long process to manually swop these
with 12 mouse clicks to change each one.  Has anyone got or can advise how
to write a macro?

How do I format outlook contact phone numbers to not be one string in Outlook

folders, some of the contacts show up but not all. Why is that and how can I

In a specific contact I used to have the actions>schedule appointment option.
For some reason that I cannot figure out that option has disappeared from the
menu options. Any suggestions for how to correct this?

I am having a problem with my contact categories.  From time to time when I
double click on a category, all of the contacts within that category are
automatically highlighted.  If any contact within that category has been
assigned two categories, the system unassigns the contact ...

Is there any way to sort the address book by last names?  When I am sending a
new message and I click the TO: button and then the address book comes up
with the names sorted by first names and I need the sorted by last names, Bc

Every time I want to run all of my rules, I have to go through and check each
one.  How can I just say "run rules" w/out having to check 20 checkboxes?

Previously Outlook, when minimized and new mail arrived, the
notification area icon changed to one with envelopes and would stay.

Can all my Outlook Contacts (2007) automatically go into my Windows Contacts
(Vista)? There is a gadget for the sidebar for contacts. This only accesses
Windows Contacts and not Outlook Contactrs and address books.
