While I am entering contacts, I would like to see same contact in contact
list as well as created distribution list. How can I do that?

Does anyone know how to bring in JOB TITLE field into a Word merge document
from Outlook 2003 contacts?  Merge fields do not list job title.

How do I create new "master" client contact list for everyone in our firm to

When I tried to copy from my Outlook for XP Address Book to my Outlook Xp
Personal Address Book, I get the following erro " Some names could not be
added to the Personal Address Book. The action could not be completed."

while I am sending an email, I clicked on to icon to display my contacts, I
got this message "address list could not displayed".

I have exported my contacts in Outlook 2003 in excel format from one machine
and tried to import on another using default matching and manual matching.
All the data seems to come through fine except for the email address. - They

Using Vista Sync Center v6, contacts transferred and are viewable in
