We are trying to roll out a master category list to everyone in our firm. We have a batch file that will do it. However, it overwrites what's already there. Is there a way to merge the master category list we're pushing out with the one they are already using?

Well our office upgraded to MS Office 2007 from MS Office 2003, by putting the upgrade disc in the machine and running the wizard. As far as I know each machine automatically backs up daily to the office server. I do not know where the files are stored, or if the files are over ...

Right now in our global address book birthdays are in the notes section. Is there a way to add birthdays so they will show up as reminders on the calendar.
