How do I import addresses from an excel 97-2003 workbook?

I work with couples. To manage couples in Outlook 2003 Contacts is it
preferable to create separate contact records for each or is there a better
way of entering their contact data?

My main Outlook.pst file is on my desktop and I have a wireless

Have a machine running win 98 and outlook 97.  This machine is going to be
updated to Windows xp.  Can anyone tell me where I might find the pst files
from outlook 97 on win98?  Want to be able to bring these back in after

Why can't the Address list be displayed?
I have a file called Outlook.pst under C:\Documents & Settings\<user>
\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. I believ this is the adress book.  How
do I import it?

How do I permanently remove the "File As" column from my "Contacts" list?  
When I remove it via the "Customize Current View", it reappears at the next
viewing.

I've read here several times that it is DANGEROUS to import data and
to NEVER do it.  So I clicked customize my toolbar and changed the
name of the File > Import & Export Data command to:  
File > Export DATA ONLY (do NOT ever import!) ...

I have tried to import my contacts into outlook 07 and did so successfully
except for the groups.. the groups name was listed, but the list was empty!

Is there a way to show a default country in the country/region field when
adding a new contact. Let's say I live in Mexico. If I create a new contact,
Mexico should show in the field right away instead of having to add it.

i have a third party spftware that capture output spool, onto specific
printer, and sending fax with retrieving a number from MAPI address of
outlook.

I am currently using Outlook 2003 with Exchange server on SBS 2003.
I have configured my distribution list to include a MAPI connection to
outlook contacts.
I have selected "include as email list" under the contacts in Outlook.

Bought a new desktop computer that came with Vista and a new Motorola Q cell
phone.  Installed MS Office Professional 2003.  Word, Excel, and PwrPnt work
fine, but can't get newly downloaded Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1 to
