Have a machine running win 98 and outlook 97.  This machine is going to be
updated to Windows xp.  Can anyone tell me where I might find the pst files
from outlook 97 on win98?  Want to be able to bring these back in after

I'm using Outlook 2002.  My PST is on Drive D.  My Programs are
installed on drive C.  I installed and configured Outlook in June.  It
worked fine until this week.

How do I permanently remove the "File As" column from my "Contacts" list?

I've read here several times that it is DANGEROUS to import data and
to NEVER do it.  So I clicked customize my toolbar and changed the
name of the File > Import & Export Data command to:

except for the groups.. the groups name was listed, but the list was empty!

Is there a way to show a default country in the country/region field when
adding a new contact. Let's say I live in Mexico. If I create a new contact,
Mexico should show in the field right away instead of having to add it.
