I am a complete newbie at this, so I'd really appreciate someone's help. In my job, I'm given an Excel spreadsheet each quarter listing about 300 names and e-mail addresses. What is the best way for me to e-mail text of our newsletter to each of these contacts.

Ihave followed the advise in Outlook Help. When you get to Account Settings- Address book- The remove icon is grey shadded. when you hilight the Outlook address book remove icon remains grey shadded and will not remove the old Outlook address book.

I use Outlook 2003 and 2007 with a userdefined contact form. The original form shows the picture of the contact within the form. As I have changed the form, this picture "field" is no longer shown on the page. How can I get the picture back into the form?
