I have a new Dell running Vista Business, which had Office Pro 2003 on it.
When I installed Office  Enterprise 2007, I don't have access to my Contacts
list...how do I transfer...or find?

I once changed the color on my incoming e-mails.  I would assign a color to
each of my co-workers to separate them in my e-mail box but I can't seem to
remember how to do it.
Does anyone know?

I want to send a group email to my group distribution "Friends and Family"
but do not want them to see everyone elses email address. Is there a way to
do this?

I want to set up a distribution list of everyone in a particular category. Is
there a way I can simply specify that, or do I need to individually add each
person to the list?

I am trying the Outlook 2007 Trial.  In 2003, if I wanted to link an apt. or
an email or a journal entry or whatever, I could click on "Options" and add a
contact just by typing the persons name.  How do I do it with Apt.'s or
Journal entries, I think I figured it out in emails.

when I click on the "To" box on a new e-mail, I get a list of contacts sorted
by first name.  This wasn't true with Outlook 2000.  Can I sort by last name?

We have 3 people in our office, and we all use Contacts 1 as a shared
database.  Then, when I sinc my treo phone, it picks up the contacts in
Contacts 2 (because I am user 2 in the office).  So either I have to get my

I have Outlook XP.  I am trying to get my contacts set up.  But, every time I
attempt to "save" a contact, I get an error message telling me my "parameter

GAl but I like add a second contact that show the GAL

I 'revised' by Distribution List and 'updated' it. Now every time I try to
