I have a new XP machine and set up multiple users with Outlook 2003.  I want
to be able to share the contacts between multiple users and not have to
duplicate them.  This is a stand alone PC with no Exchange Server involved.

How do I share a contact list between users on a local network using Outlook XP. All users login to a Win 2000 server. I do not have Exchange.

I have a problem with sorting my contacts. All my contacts are in several
categories, according to country, size, and product.

I need to add my contacts to a folder that was made by someone who no longer
works at the office.  The shared folder has no location, when looking at the

Using Outlook 2000.  Missing Contacts in drop down menu in e-mail address
book.  I went into properties for Contact folder, went to Outlook Address
Book, and the box is greyed out and cannot be checked.
