Using Outlook 2003. When I create a new email message, I can't access my personal address book, either by clicking on the button in the toolbar or by selecting it under the Tools menu.

I'm using 2003 with our company Exchange Server. When I create a new email, I don't have access to my address book. It won't pop-up with either the toolbar button, when clicking on To:, or with the menubar.

I know you can manually link documents, e-mail, etc. to a respective contact, but how do you recall this information for follow-up purposes by date using the journal or the activities tab? Also, is there a way to automatically link all documents, e-mail, etc. that you create to ...

In my Outlook Contacts folder, I need to change the index (on the right side of the screen). It currently displays AB; CD; EF; etc. How can I change it so that each letter displays separately, so when I click on D it goes to all entries beginning with D and not those with a C?

I had a database in .xls of contacts and went to import into outlook without looking at how big it was. Turns out it is over 46,000 contacts and choked the outlook. (other realtors and lenders) So, now it just gives me an error message when I try to open those contacts.

I have a Contacts list in the left pane of Outlook 2003. However, when I click on the Address Book or click on To: in an E-Mail, I get a message that the address list could not be displayed. I have tried the solutions offered in Outlook On-Line to no avail.
