I accidetally moved a few of my distribution lists to the "Inbox" folder.
Now I find them neither in the Inbox nor in the Contacts.
How can I get these distribution lists back without re-constructing them?

How do I import contacts & Calendar to my Blackberry Curve. Please keep it
simple I am not a computer expert. I need simple step by step.

Outlook Support Newbie Alert. Please be gentle...
I am running multiple standalone instances of Outlook 2003 on WinXP Pro.
I want to have a central/server contacts list that includes distribution
lists maintained by an administrator.

I synced outlook with my pda and all of my contacts are gone!! they are not
in a deleted folder.  is there a way to restore them??

I have four contacts folders, all on my account.  When I get an email
from someone new, I right-click on their name in the From line and add
them to contacts.  Is there any way to specify which of my contacts
folders to add them to?

I have setup subfolders under contacts on one computer and want to share that
subfolder with others.  i have set permissions BUT the others can ONLY see
the main contacts folder.  How can they see the subfolder?

When I want to send an e-mail and click on To:  the window appears and I can
choose between Accoutnt, Business Contacts or Contacts.  I have to double
click on the drop down to get to Contacts.  I want that to be my default and
come up automatically.  How do I accomplish this?

Is there anyway to limit the autocomplete feature in Outlook 2002 to only
those in ones actual contact list? Our office has had issues with the fact
that Outlook tends to remember and include any and every address someone has
used in the past and will autocomplete or suggest ...

I use contacts for synching mobile phone and pda data. Since upgrading to
Outlook 2007 I notice that Contacts removes all the + in advance of the
contact phone data.
This is a pain as I store all my phone numbers in international format e.g

Trying to load Outlook contacts list currently on laptop (XP Office Pro) onto
flash drive and then upload to desktop Outlook contacts list (XP Office Pro).

I want to add spouse's birthday to the Details tab, but have not found a way
to do this. All I can do is add it to the all fields tab. Is this possible?

First question for you all is where does the V card pull information from? Is
it just from your contacts?

I have a problem that has been bothering me since I began using Outlook 2007.
When I am searching for e-mails in the compose window (that's when you press
the "To..." button) I don't get results for middle names. I tried searching
both  with the "name only" and "more columns" ...

when I send e-mails I get a error mesage needing smtp.

When I have occation to use a middle name, the full name shows last, middle,
first (without the commas), but in File As it appear correctly.  Why?  Full
Name should show first middle last - with File As: last, first, middle.  
Also, any title included shows up in Full Name ...
