Have a distribution list in address book - "All" - one long time user is
missing,  he is showing up in active directory as being in that list but not
in outlook

If you right click on a distribution list in contacts you can select to Send
Full Contact > In Outlook Format.  This e-mails the distribution list to
someone. They can open it and it appears that they could save and it would
then appear in their contact list.  It does not work ...

I have names in "Contacts" and also in sub-folders in Contacts such as "My
Street". I want to create a list uing the names in "My Street" but I am only
offered the first level "Contacts" to choose from - none of the sub-folders

I know that in Outlook 2003 I am supposed to be able to right click on the
senders name and hit "Add to contact list" to add the sender to addressbook.
