I'm looking at the Activities on a certain contact. It only shows items in Inbox and sent Items folders - can I get it to show items in other folders as well?

When I click on the to: in email and try to find a name it does not appear, but when I type in the name in the address bar it appears. This stated after I upgraded to office 2007 using xp/pro. I tried the solution in office help, go, folder list, right click contacts

If you right click on a distribution list in contacts you can select to Send Full Contact > In Outlook Format. This e-mails the distribution list to someone. They can open it and it appears that they could save and it would then appear in their contact list. It does not work ...

I want to remove the "Last Name" and "First Name" fields from the "Memo" Print Style. This is redundant information because the "Full Name" field appears just before these. Is the "Memo" print style based on a specific view?

In Outlook 2007 I have a standard contact list but also several supplemental lists. How do I get the supplemental lists to appear in the New Mail "To" dialog box? Under Address Book only "Contacts" appears, not my other contact lists

I have names in "Contacts" and also in sub-folders in Contacts such as "My Street". I want to create a list uing the names in "My Street" but I am only offered the first level "Contacts" to choose from - none of the sub-folders appear for me to use.

I know that in Outlook 2003 I am supposed to be able to right click on the senders name and hit "Add to contact list" to add the sender to addressbook. But when I right clikc, that option is not listed... any suggestions?
