Office 2003 & Small Business Server 2003 I have public contact folders that everyone can see and access. I am trying to get thinks so that whenever a person goes to their Address Book in Outlook to address and e-mail or send a fax, they have access to these shared lists.

I have Outlook 2003 and I want to be able to insert a contact into an email in text form. The option is greyed out when using Word as the editor. I want to continue to use Word as my editor. Does anyone know a work around? Right now I have to open up the contact and

If I create a custom contact form and use it as my default form, will any newly created fields show up in the "map fields" dialogue prior to exporting contacts? I saw this post somewhere but can't find it. Thanks much.

On Outlook 2003 when I would get a distribution list as an attachment send to me all I had to do was drag the list to my contacts. Now for some reason I can't do the same thing for 2007. Can anyone help me on this?

If I want to Export then Import Contacts from a previous employee to his/her replacement's Outlook, what is the safest method? Excel, DOS delineated, Win delineated, PST, etc. We want just the Contacts so the new employee does not have to rebuild.
