I want to import a couple hundred email addresses from an excel file. I named the range successfully but when I have closed the excel file and browsed in the import wizard in Outook and selected the file to import, instead of seeing my various contacts folders as my destination, ...

I have over 100 contacts, but I can't seem them when I go to create a new mail message. In the new mail message I click on the To...button. From Addres Book I select my Contact list from under Outlook Address Book

This happens when I try to address a new email. When I type the first letter of an address, I get 2 address for the same person. He has changed addresses and both the old and new address shows as a choice.

My client has Exchange 2003, and they have contacts in a public folder. I should be able to export those contacts, right? I'll probal export into a CSV file. If I can, is there a way to automate that export?

I am using Outlook 2003 but stand alone. I looked in the deleted folders but there is nothing there. Can anybody help me? This is extremely important! I pressed delete instead of remove and zip, the whole list is gone. Laura

Outlook 2003SP2 I have alot of Contact folders within our Public Folders. Problem is that that Outlook opens them in different views for different folders.

I have entered all of my contacts into Outlook2000 on my laptop. Now, I want to move them to my desktop computer. From the past discussion questions, I guess I need to copy the file to a flash drive. How? Where do I find the file on the laptop and how do I copy it?

Whenever I export my contacts into Excel, when reviewing the Excel file I see a single quotation mark in front of ALL first names in the file. It appears hidden because I cannot see the mark unless I'm clicked on the cell and looking at it in the text bar (below the menu bar). ...

I installed a script in Outlook 2003 to make all my old contacts use the new custom contact template i made. The script worked so when I opened a contact the script would run and convert it to the new template. This worked very well.

I want to be able to have more than one busienss cards within my contact so that I could have one show personal information, one have business contact info and one for a hobby group with seperate info. Is this possible in Outlook 2007 or do I need to create multiple contacts?
