When I add a User-Defined Field in a Contact, that field has to be entered
manually into each individual Contact (from what I have found).  Is there a
way to make my User-Defined Fields available in ALL my Contacts?

I want to keep all emails from a Contact in their activities tab....how do I
send them to their Activities after I read them...if I delete them from the
Inbox, they go to Deleted Items and at that point they are in the activites

Previously in Outlook 2003 I could use a print envelope feature within
Outlook for a particular contact (i.e. vendor).  I don't find a similar
function within Outlook 2007 to print just one envelope.  I am not attempting

okay, I have been following Brians instructions to others, have found the
deleted DL, but cannot restore it by dragging it to the contracts which is
between the calendar and tasks. Am I missing something?

Is there a way to tell when a contact was first entered into Outlook 2007?

Outlook 2003. win xp pro sp2.
we have an excel sheet with approx 750 contacts listed with 11 column
headings named exactly as fields mapped for import (some cells are empty). we
have tried both excel and CSV import options.

I saved my contacts from Outlook 2003 into a .pst file. I no longer have the
PC I saved this from and have tried to import the file into Outlook 2000, but
kept getting errors....I understand that is because I did not save it as an
Outlook 2000 version file? I am now trying to ...

I get a message that I cannot add more than 1000 contacts to my Outlook.  I
had to delete some to make room for others.  I was told by another person
that I should be able to store much more than that.

synch with Outlook 2007 - it worked just fine with Outlook 2003?

Can anyone help me.  I am not able to send pictures through outlook 2007.  
Everytime I send some attachments (pictures) - they go into the outbox and
never leave.  I believe my pictures are MAPI files (????),  Help would be
appreciated.
